Golden Lilies

“Golden Lilies” is a vibrant, textured painting filled with the feeling of a lush garden in full light.

Rich greens and turquoise tones create the foundation, while golden yellow, buttery cream, soft lilac, pale blue, and touches of warm pink bring the rounded floral forms to life.

While working on it, I kept imagining a garden glowing in the late summer sun, with light catching the flowers and foliage in different places. I used thick palette knife strokes to build texture and movement, layering fresh greens with creamy highlights, touches of gold, and unexpected accents of blue and violet.

The loose, expressive marks and vertical drips suggest stems, leaves, and shifting light, giving the painting a sense of natural movement without making it feel too literal.

To me, natural wood gives the piece a warm, grounded finish, allowing the greens, golds, and turquoise tones to glow with greater depth.

Hang it in a room, and it brings color, freshness, and a quiet sense of abundance.

Original painting on high quality canvas, painted with acrylic colors. Palette knife was used to shape painting’s texture and make it tridimensional.

All my paintings are coated with 2 layers of varnish in order to protect the painting from dust and UV rays, you can clean it with a damp cloth or dust with dusting feather.

Painting is shipped in a cardboard tube or box, depending on the option you choose, with FedEx or UPS and it’s insured against lost or damage during transport.
