How to access your digital guide
Once your purchase is complete, your files are ready — here’s how to get them.
METHOD 1
Use the email download link
Look for our email with your download link.
- Check Spam and Promotions (Gmail).
- Make sure you’re checking the same email used at checkout.

Download from your account (Orders)
No password — Shopify will email you a one-time code to log in.
- Click the Account icon (👤) in the top right corner of the page to log in to your account.
- Enter the same email used at checkout — Shopify will send you a one-time login code.
- Then go to: Account → Orders → Open your order → Download

Seeing “Preparing file to download”?
That’s normal — Shopify is preparing your file. Wait a moment, then refresh the page. The Download button will appear.
- If the download doesn’t start: refresh the page or try another browser/device.
FILES
Read your files (PDF or ZIP)
- PDF: opens instantly on any device.
- ZIP: a folder with extra files — extract it first, then open the PDF.
