Are the artworks original and handmade?

Yes. All original paintings are hand-painted by Lana Guise in her studio using professional artist materials. Each artwork is unique and may show natural variations in texture, brushwork, and colour.

What is a “Recreable” artwork?

A “Recreable” artwork is a painting that can be recreated on request, inspired by the original artwork shown in the photos.

Because each piece is painted by hand, the recreated artwork will not be an exact copy. Small variations in colour, texture, brushwork, and overall movement are part of the handmade nature of the piece.

Can I choose a different size?

Yes, when available. Recreable artworks can be ordered in the standard sizes shown on the product page.

If you need a size that is not listed, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether it is possible.

Can I request colour or composition changes?

Small custom variations may be possible, depending on the artwork.

Please contact us before ordering if you would like changes to colours, composition, details, or other elements of the original artwork. If a custom variation is requested and confirmed, the artwork may be considered personalized and may not be eligible for return or withdrawal for change of mind.

Will I receive a photo before shipping?

For made-to-order or recreable artworks, approval photos may be sent before shipping when applicable.

Once the artwork is ready and approved, it will be varnished, framed if selected, carefully packed, and shipped.

How are artworks packed and shipped?

Artworks are packed with great care using protective packaging suitable for the size and type of artwork.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Physical artworks are shipped with insurance against loss or damage during transit.

Are taxes, duties and import charges included?

We aim to make checkout as clear as possible. Where applicable, VAT, taxes, duties, import charges, and shipping costs are included in the price shown at checkout.

Customers should not receive unexpected customs or import invoices for their order. If a carrier or customs authority contacts you about an unexpected charge related to your delivery, please contact us before paying it, so we can review and assist.

Do you sell digital guides?

Yes. Digital guides and PDF guides are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Access information or download links are provided after purchase according to the delivery method shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

I purchased a digital guide. Where is my download?

Please check the email used at checkout, including spam, promotions, or junk folders.

If customer accounts are available, you can also log in with the same email used at checkout and check your order page.

Can I return an artwork?

Ready-to-ship artworks and “Recreable” artworks ordered in one of the standard sizes available in the store may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Custom artworks or personalized variations requested by the customer may not be eligible for return or withdrawal for change of mind.

How can EU/EEA customers submit a withdrawal request?

EU/EEA customers can submit a statutory withdrawal request through the EU Withdrawal page linked in the footer of our website. The form can be used without creating or logging into a customer account.
